Hi, I'm Nicole! My journey into wellness began with a strong foundation in personal training, where I had the privilege of guiding clients through physical transformations that not only reshaped their bodies but also their lives. Seeing the positive impact fitness had on their overall well-being inspired me to broaden my approach and dive deeper into holistic health.

I realized that true wellness goes beyond the physical—it encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. To support this more complete transformation, I pursued certifications in nutrition, meditation, Biofeedback, and Mind Body Spirit Release™. These tools allow me to address the unique needs of each individual and provide a comprehensive path to well-being that helps balance the internal changes that accompany life's transitions, including those experienced during pre- and post-menopause.

Before I started training with Nicole, I had never committed to any sort of fitness regimen. I lived an active lifestyle, but I couldn’t bring myself to make a concerted effort to make or achieve specific fitness goals. My results suffered from inconsistent effort and I would get discouraged and stop working out.
I’ve been training with  Nicole for 6 months. This is the first time I have ever been able to stay at it for any amount of time and I largely attribute that success to the training experience.

Nicole’s positivity is infectious, she keeps me moving forward even when I’m not in the mood. And because she takes care of the planning, Nicole ensures that I continue to challenge myself by gradually increasing weight and intensity without pushing me too far out of my comfort zone. Best of all, it’s never boring!

For several years, especially the last two years, I have been working out 3 times a week with Nicole. I have also been trying to follow all of the nutrition recommendations Nicole makes, including adding in good supplements. I am in much better shape than I have been in years! I feel so much stronger and definitely have more energy to enjoy life. Nicole creates a wonderful variety of workouts that motivate me to do my best in a safe and non stressful environment.
