Hi, I'm Nicole! I started my career in personal training and have been so inspired by the transformation I saw in my clients, that I was compelled to grow my offerings. I am so passionate about helping you achieve your total well being goals, that I received by certification in nutrition, meditation and Mind Body Spirit Release ™.

 

I believe our happiness comes from our health, and I am determined to help you achieve your goals. I have been working with people for four years and love watching people transform not only on the outside but on the inside as well.

Nicole’s positivity is infectious, she keeps me moving forward even when I’m not in the mood. And because she takes care of the planning, Nicole ensures that I continue to challenge myself by gradually increasing weight and intensity without pushing me too far out of my comfort zone. Best of all, it’s never boring!

Before I started training with Nicole, I had never committed to any sort of fitness regimen. I lived an active lifestyle, but I couldn’t bring myself to make a concerted effort to make or achieve specific fitness goals. My results suffered from inconsistent effort and I would get discouraged and stop working out.
I’ve been training with  Nicole for 6 months. This is the first time I have ever been able to stay at it for any amount of time and I largely attribute that success to the training experience.

For several years, especially the last two years, I have been working out 3 times a week with Nicole. I have also been trying to follow all of the nutrition recommendations Nicole makes, including adding in good supplements. I am in much better shape than I have been in years! I feel so much stronger and definitely have more energy to enjoy life. Nicole creates a wonderful variety of workouts that motivate me to do my best in a safe and non stressful environment.
