Hi, I'm Nicole! I started my career in personal training and have been so inspired by the transformation I saw in my clients, that I was compelled to grow my offerings. I am so passionate about helping you achieve your total well being goals, that I received by certification in nutrition, meditation and Mind Body Spirit Release ™.

Nicole’s positivity is infectious, she keeps me moving forward even when I’m not in the mood. And because she takes care of the planning, Nicole ensures that I continue to challenge myself by gradually increasing weight and intensity without pushing me too far out of my comfort zone. Best of all, it’s never boring!
Before I started training with Nicole, I had never committed to any sort of fitness regimen. I lived an active lifestyle, but I couldn’t bring myself to make a concerted effort to make or achieve specific fitness goals. My results suffered from inconsistent effort and I would get discouraged and stop working out. I’ve been training with Nicole for 6 months. This is the first time I have ever been able to stay at it for any amount of time and I largely attribute that success to the training experience.
For several years, especially the last two years, I have been working out 3 times a week with Nicole. I have also been trying to follow all of the nutrition recommendations Nicole makes, including adding in good supplements. I am in much better shape than I have been in years! I feel so much stronger and definitely have more energy to enjoy life. Nicole creates a wonderful variety of workouts that motivate me to do my best in a safe and non stressful environment.
